PERFECT FOR ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER!
I am looking to share a LARGE, OPEN STUDIO SPACE with another photographer or artist. I am a family photographer. I use this space to photograph pregnancy and newborns. I currently use the space 1-2 days a week.
More details: ($300-$400/ month depending on usage and days needed)
This space is located in West Oakland: 2505 Magnolia St. at 26th in a building with many other artist, it has great energy! It is a very short drive from San Francisco, the first exit off the Bay Bridge.
* Large 700sqft Artist Studio
* High ceilings
* Small loft area that could be used for some storage.
* Available 3-4 days a week (flexible).
* Backdrops, etc. will available which you are free to use.
* For work only, not a living space.
* Available now
